UNABLE TO SIGN IN

Good afternoon,

I created a new league for me and a few friends with the Champions League version, previously I was already inserted in a league (Portuguese League) and now apparently I am unable to login to my initial League, upon attempting to sign in it tells me that my user name does not exist and at the top of the website it no longer allows me to change it back to Portuguse League.

Some advice please.
