Description
Transformational Leadership: Cultivating Biblical Wisdom for Renewed Hearts and Communities equips leaders, counsellors, and ministry workers to lead with a heart rooted in Scripture and guided by godly wisdom. This course invites learners to discover how authentic transformation begins within the heart and radiates outward-bringing renewal to relationships, organizations, and entire communities through the grace and truth of God.Rooted in the timeless principles of biblical counselling, this course bridges theology with practice, showing how leaders can shepherd others toward growth, healing, and purpose. Over six in-depth study units, participants will explore the dynamics of heart change, relational leadership, and spiritual maturity. Each unit integrates biblical insight, practical reflection, and leadership application to help learners embody Christlike influence in every area of life and service.Students will learn to discern the heart motivations behind behaviour, apply Scripture in real-life situations, and lead others with humility, integrity, and compassion. The course emphasizes that true leadership is not about authority or image but about servanthood, wisdom, and Spirit-empowered transformation.By the end, participants will be equipped with a biblical framework for leading and counselling in ways that renew hearts, strengthen relationships, and cultivate communities shaped by grace, truth, and lasting hope and trust.
